By using CamGuess (camguess.com), you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't use the game.

The service

CamGuess is a free game: you watch public webcams streaming live and drop a pin on the map to guess where they are. The game is provided "as is": we do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

Webcams

The images come from public webcams run by third parties (Windy, YouTube channels, tourism offices, road agencies…). We don't control these streams: a webcam may be unavailable, offline or show something unexpected. All rights to these images belong to their owners.

Your account

An account is optional. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend or delete an account in case of abuse.

Fair play

You must not:

• use a name that is offensive, hateful, obscene or impersonates someone else;
• cheat or manipulate the leaderboard (scripts, fake score submissions…);
• disrupt the site or try to access its data without permission.

We may remove any name or score that breaks these rules.

Subscriptions

If a paid plan is offered, its price, duration and renewal terms are shown before payment. You can cancel at any time: the plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid for.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

These terms may change; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new terms.
